Protecting member confidentiality, operational trust, and professional integrity.
1
The Chatham House Protocol
All digital working rooms, virtual masterminds, and in-person summit sessions operate under the Chatham House Rule:
"When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use
the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any
other participant, may be revealed."
This standard allows members to discuss operational challenges, client strategies, and search
performance data openly and securely.
2
Zero-Tolerance Commercial Pitching
The Alliance is a professional collaborative network, not a sales environment. Unsolicited marketing
or direct sales pitches for software, white-label services, or external vendor products are strictly
prohibited. Legitimate bilateral subcontracting enquiries and joint client pitches are encouraged;
unsolicited sales activities result in membership review and possible termination.
3
Anti-Poaching and Non-Solicitation
Respect for each member organisation’s personnel and client relationships is fundamental. Members
agree not to solicit or recruit staff, contractors, or active clients from partner agencies. Any bilateral
subcontracting arrangements established between members must respect client ownership and
non-solicitation boundaries.
4
Active Professional Contribution
Membership involves active participation. Members are expected to contribute constructive insight during founder working sessions, share search performance observations during major industry updates, and uphold high standards of professional integrity.
